At First Office Storage Concepts we pride ourselves on providing a service and products that are catered for every individual quote and order. What ever you desire, we shall provide.
How are your products delivered?
Products ordered within Johannesburg will be personally delivered.
For orders outside of Johannesburg, such as Cape Town, we select a reliable currier company to deliver the products.
What is the payment method?
After submitting your order, our efficient team will calculate delivery costs and send you a finalized quote where a payment is required on order via either an EFT or Cash.
What is your turn around time?
For all consumable products, the TOT is +/- 2 days.
For racking products, if components are not in stock, the TOT is +/- 4 weeks manufacturing time.
Do you do small orders and instillations?
No job is too big or too small! We are capable of completing installations as well as delivering DIY/smaller component options.
